Data is obtained directly from you through the website contact form, email, phone, in-person or online meetings, and website server/security records. It may be collected electronically by wholly or partly automated means, or by non-automated means where physical records form part of a filing system.
5. Transfers
Where necessary for the stated purposes, data may be shared with hosting, IT and email providers; legal, audit and advisory providers under confidentiality duties; relevant business partners; and legally authorised public authorities or judicial bodies.
If a provider uses infrastructure outside Türkiye, a transfer will rely on an applicable condition and safeguard under Article 9 of the KVKK. Providers and transfer arrangements will be reviewed before the contact form's submission infrastructure is activated.
