Run-of-River HPP Development and Portfolio Advisory
Using our own equity and engineering capacity, we successfully developed and sold 9 hydroelectric power plants (HPPs) totalling 80 MW of installed capacity from scratch. During the same period, we conducted technical reviews, feasibility studies and investment advisory for nearly 480 MW of HPP projects across Turkey.
Wind Energy (WPP) Development and Capacity Tenders
Through wind measurement masts erected across Turkey, a major WPP project portfolio of 295.6 MW was developed. In the TEİAŞ capacity allocation tenders held in 2011, we directly won 74.2 MW of licensed wind capacity through competitive bidding processes.
International Carbon Certification — South Pole Partnership
A strategic partnership was established with South Pole, the global leader in climate and carbon management. International carbon registrations were completed for the Çaldere HPP (8.91 MWe — VCS), Dora-1 JES (7.36 MWe — VCS) and Dora-2 JES (9.50 MWe — Gold Standard) facilities. Verification and emission reduction documentation processes were maintained for 9 years.
Public Privatisation Tenders (POI) and Site Valuation
In the public run-of-river HPP privatisations conducted by the Privatisation Administration (POI), we directly managed the technical site inspection, valuation reporting and tender bid processes for plants across 3 portfolio groups (Groups 7, 11 and 14).
Solar EPC, Own-Account Installations and Facility Inspections
As solar energy entered the market, we reached 220 MW+ of engineering, EPC, own-account investment and independent inspection volume across utility-scale and rooftop solar projects. IEC-standard quality assurance was applied, including Thermal Drone, I-V Curve and EL testing.
BESS Integration, M&A Brokerage and Regional Expansion
Focus shifted to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and hybrid plant engineering. With the contribution of 20 years of developer experience and specialist energy lawyers, Project Brokerage & M&A became a standalone business line. Regional opportunities in Eastern Europe and EU markets are actively monitored.
